Planning Commission

The City of Alliance Planning Commission reviews all matters relating to the development of the City including the Comprehensive Plan, capital improvement budget, building codes, subdivision development, annexation of territory, conditional use permits, and zoning codes.

Meetings

The Planning Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room C of the Alliance Learning Center located at 1750 Sweetwater Avenue. Their regular meeting day is the second Tuesday of the month but only if there are items on the agenda.
