Introduction

The Alliance Fire Department is led by Chief Troy Shoemaker. Chief Shoemaker is a second generation Alliance Firefighter. 

The Alliance Fire Department provides:

• Fire prevention
• Safety education
• Hazardous materials response
• Fire suppression activities

We also provide advanced life support emergency medical services at the paramedic level to the community and surrounding area.

We are a key department in disaster management and response for the City of Alliance utilizing the National Incident Management System (NIMS), which enables us to effectively operate a safe emergency scene.
